Nara Construction

Andre Vautour

Owner /
Project Manager

There’s no BS and they really know the ‘ins & outs’ when it comes to fast tracking changes and keeping everyone accountable.

I worked with Denis years ago when Nara Construction was rebuilding the Pizza Delight in Shediac, New Brunswick. His team was doing all of the design work for the franchise’s restaurant renovations, and I was impressed with the level of communication and involvement his team had with us as the general contractor.

Fast forward almost 10 years later and we’ve hired Spitfire to design our multi-res apartment buildings. From a design and architectural standpoint this company is a breath of fresh air. There are no egos and they are laser focused on timelines and getting all stakeholders on the same page – and keeping everyone in the loop.

I always know what is going on because they’ve built processes and leverage communication platforms better than any company I’ve worked with. I love the fact that they have Julie on board as their principal architect. Everything they do is about creating efficiencies for the developer.

I’ve been at this for a while, so any General Contractor or Commercial Developer will appreciate how rare my next comment is – “Spitfire actually makes the design and building process fun”.

3 Key Differences that
I Experienced with Spitfire…

1.When I need something done quick - they step up.
2.They don’t nickel & dime you.
3.They make the building process easy for developers.
