The project reinterprets the historic 1853 Shediac Inn in a modern form, balancing heritage sensitivity with upscale market expectations. Expansive concrete decks maximize views of Shediac Bay and reinforce the site’s coastal positioning. The result is a grounded, destination - driven build that supports both community identity and commercial performance.
