Hilton, our design met Hilton’s global brand standards while elevating the project beyond a prototype, this downtown hotel maximizes value on a constrained urban site. Limited surface parking led to the integration of a concrete underground podium structure, freeing the footprint for increased room density above. The result was a brand - compliant design that optimized site utilization and improved long - term revenue performance.
